Service Description

Whether you're a complete beginner or someone seeking a soothing practice, our Gentle Yoga classes are designed just for you. Why Gentle Yoga? Gentle Yoga is the perfect starting point for anyone new to yoga or those seeking a calming practice. Unlike rigorous styles, Gentle Yoga focuses on slow, mindful movements and nurturing postures that gently stretch and strengthen the body. It is an ideal choice for people of all ages and fitness levels, offering a peaceful escape from the stressors of everyday life. At our studio in Ballyhaunis, you'll find a warm and nurturing environment, making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported throughout the journey. Our Gentle Yoga classes are crafted with beginners in mind, gradually building on each session to help you progress at your own pace. Let by experienced yoga teacher Abaigéal, Abaigéal strongly believes that yoga is for everybody and endeavours to help students find shapes that work for their bodies. What to Expect: A Slow and Gentle Pace: Experience a calming flow of postures, allowing your body to adjust and build strength naturally. Breathing Techniques: Learn the art of pranayama, guiding your breath to promote relaxation and focus. Personalized Attention: Abaigéal offer lots of variations making for an inclusive class. If you want a yoga course that is mindful, slow & compassionate, this is for you. Sessions are one hour long. Investment: 50euro for the four sessions.

Fixed Term Courses: Please note that all Yin Yoga courses purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable and must be used by the person specified at the time of purchase. Please be absolutely sure that you can make the specified dates of the course before booking. For example, if you book a four-week Wednesday course at 8.15pm, your booking is only valid for that course on the specified dates. This also applies to live online courses. Workshops, Private Classes, and Drop-In bookings: Please note, there is no refund for workshops, private classes or drop-ins, if you cancel less than 48 hours beforehand. If more than 48 hours notice is given, a full refund will be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
