Join Abaigéal from Dragonfly Yoga for this special Christmas-themed Pregnancy Yoga class in Ballyhaunis. Grab your favourite maternity Christmas jumper or festive socks and have some fun with your growing little pudding. Tea and treats will be served afterwards. (Hence, the slightly earlier start time :-) ) Pregnancy yoga can be a beautiful tool to help you bond with your baby or babies and become more comfortable in your body and heart as you slowly grow and prepare for motherhood. No previous experience of yoga is necessary to participate. The course is suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy. Always consult your health-care provider or caregiver before starting any new form of exercise. This class will be led by Abaigéal Warfield who is a mam to a two-year-old girl. She found yoga helped her during her pregnancy and wants to share that gift with other mothers. She is fully qualified in pregnancy yoga & registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals and can issue receipts for your insurance (if your policy covers pregnancy yoga).

Fixed Term Courses: Please note that all Yin Yoga courses purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable and must be used by the person specified at the time of purchase. Please be absolutely sure that you can make the specified dates of the course before booking. For example, if you book a four-week Wednesday course at 8.15pm, your booking is only valid for that course on the specified dates. This also applies to live online courses. Workshops, Private Classes, and Drop-In bookings: Please note, there is no refund for workshops, private classes or drop-ins, if you cancel less than 48 hours beforehand. If more than 48 hours notice is given, a full refund will be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
