Give yourself the gift of going slowly this season. Join Abaigéal under the light of the full cold moon for a restful yin and restorative yoga session. A mini-retreat from the hustle and bustle of the season. Led by experienced teacher Abaigéal, this workshop is a haven for all levels, including beginners, to find a little quiet and calm. Join us in our studio in Ballyhaunis to release and relax under the final full moon of 2024. Through breathwork, gentle yoga, and the restorative practice of Yin Yoga, you'll be invited to release tension, quiet the mind, and connect with your inner self. As you settle into each pose, let the carefully selected poetry weave through your practice, inspiring and uplifting you along the way. This workshop is more than just yoga; it's an opportunity to become more present and grounded as we near the end of year. **Please note this workshop is not suitable for during pregnancy, check out our dedicated pregnancy classes and workshops.

Fixed Term Courses: Please note that all Yoga courses purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used by the person specified at the time of purchase. Please be sure that you can make the specified dates of the course before booking. For example, if you book a four-week Wednesday course at 8.15pm, your booking is only valid for that course on the specified dates. This also applies to live online courses. Workshops, Private Classes, and Drop-In bookings: Please note, there is no refund for workshops, private classes or drop-ins, if you cancel less than 48 hours beforehand. If more than 48 hours notice is given, a full refund will be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
