Service Description
Join us at Dragonfly Yoga Studio on Friday 13 February, 7:00–8:30pm for a nourishing Heart-Centred Sound Bath with JG Murphy of Lecarrow Wellness: an evening of rest, reflection, and intentional self-connection. This gathering is an invitation to make a date with yourself. To step away from external demands and expectations, and spend time listening. Rather than seeking fulfilment outside, we turn towards the heart; a place of steadiness, wisdom, and quiet presence. You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably, cocooned in blankets and cushions, and simply receive. No effort, no fixing, no striving, just time carved out to be with yourself. This is a heart-focused alternative to the usual Valentine’s narrative, a reminder that tending to your inner world is a meaningful and powerful act of care.

Fixed Term Courses: Please note that all Yoga courses purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable and must be used by the person specified at the time of purchase. Please be absolutely sure that you can make the specified dates of the course before booking. For example, if you book a four-week Wednesday course at 8.15pm, your booking is only valid for that course on the specified dates. This also applies to live online courses. Workshops, Private Classes, and Drop-In bookings: Please note, there is no refund for workshops, private classes or drop-ins, if you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand. If more than 24 hours notice is given, a full refund will be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
