Want to try yoga but don't know where to start? This course is the perfect short introduction to mindful yoga. You will learn how yoga can help you move more mindfully. Each session will feature a short meditation followed by a series of yoga shapes, with a mixture of seated and standing poses. It will end with one or two longer-held Yin/Restorative shapes and include a relaxation at the end. These sessions are tailored for complete beginners to yoga, no experience is necessary. Abaigéal strongly believes that yoga is for everybody and endeavours to help students find shapes that work for their bodies. If you want a yoga course that is mindful, slow & compassionate, this is for you. The perfect Monday night treat in June. Taking place on 3 Mondays, 12, 19 and 26 of June . Sessions are one hour long. Investment: 38euro for the three sessions.

For example, if you book a four-week Wednesday course at 8.15pm, your booking is only valid for that course on the specified dates. This also applies to live online courses. Workshops, Private Classes, and Drop-In bookings: Please note, there is no refund for workshops, private classes or drop-ins, if you cancel less than 48 hours beforehand.
