4 Week Pregnancy Yoga Course

Starts Monday 25 November


Service Description

Take an hour for you on a Monday evening, bonding with your breath, body, and most importantly your growing bump. Each class will introduce you to different breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques that can be useful during pregnancy and birth. In addition, it will use a variety of yoga postures to help you discover inner strength and softness during this exciting time. Not only will you discover yoga poses that you can use to soothe your body as it changes and adapts but you will also learn how yoga could support you during birth. Pregnancy yoga can be a beautiful tool to help you bond with your baby or babies and become more comfortable in your body and heart as you slowly grow and prepare for motherhood. Each week will focus on a different theme and, as always, Abaigéal will blend some mindful poetry throughout. No previous experience of yoga is necessary to participate. Classes are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy. Always consult your health-care provider or caregiver before starting any new form of exercise. These classes will be led by Abaigéal Warfield who is currently mam to a three-year-old girl. This course is extra special as she is currently 22 weeks pregnant, so she'll be journeying with you as you navigate pregnancy. She found yoga helped her during her pregnancy and wants to share that gift with other mothers. She is fully qualified in pregnancy yoga, registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals and can issue receipts for your insurance (if your policy covers pregnancy yoga).

Fixed Term Courses: Please note that all Yoga courses purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used by the person specified at the time of purchase. Please be sure that you can make the specified dates of the course before booking. For example, if you book a four-week Wednesday course at 8.15pm, your booking is only valid for that course on the specified dates. This also applies to live online courses. Workshops, Private Classes, and Drop-In bookings: Please note, there is no refund for workshops, private classes or drop-ins, if you cancel less than 48 hours beforehand. If more than 48 hours notice is given, a full refund will be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
