If at any time during the online or in-person class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.
Please note our Yin Yoga classes are not suitable during pregnancy but we do offer custom Pregnancy Yoga Courses and Workshops.
If pregnant, you hereby confirm that you will only participate in Dragonfly Yoga's Pregnancy Yoga classes for health and safety reasons of the baby and mother. Please be aware that Yoga during pregnancy is contraindicated for the first trimester.
Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga.
You recognise that it is your responsibility to notify the teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. You will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.
You accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of an online or in-person class with Dragonfly Yoga.
