Service Description
Investment: From €25 for Family of 2 (one adult & one child) (€3 per extra child, €5 per extra adult) Ages: 4-11 years All Family Welcome for Yoga and Quality Bonding Time (Parents, Grandparents, Aunties, Uncles). To take the time to connect again, to have fun together, to play together, to snuggle up together, to relax together, simply to spend quality time together as a family is what doing yoga as a family is all about. This class is a great way to come together for yoga and quality time with your loved ones, to do something amazing for your wellbeing, strengthening your bonds as a family and making new friends. We will do yoga poses, breath practices, mindfulness games, relaxation and playing with different yoga instruments, such as singing bowls. Suitable for kids from age 4 to 10 years old and adults of any age and all abilities. This session is led by experienced Children's & Family Yoga teacher Tanja Thomas.

Fixed Term Courses: Please note that all Yoga courses purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable and must be used by the person specified at the time of purchase. Please be absolutely sure that you can make the specified dates of the course before booking. For example, if you book a four-week Wednesday course at 8.15pm, your booking is only valid for that course on the specified dates. This also applies to live online courses. Workshops, Private Classes, and Drop-In bookings: Please note, there is no refund for workshops, private classes or drop-ins, if you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand. If more than 24 hours notice is given, a full refund will be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
