In the quiet spaces of the year, the heart often speaks most clearly — not loudly, but in soft and steady ways. As the days begin to lengthen and the March Full Moon approaches, Heart Whispers offers a gentle pause. A chance to step out of the noise and return to your own inner rhythm. Through a nourishing blend of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and poetry, this candlelit mini retreat invites you to soften the body, settle the nervous system, and listen inward with care. There is nothing to fix here. Nothing to force. Only space to rest deeply, to release what you are ready to let go of, and to reconnect with what quietly matters most. Like the early stirrings of the season, growth begins in stillness. When we give ourselves time, attention, and care, the next steps often reveal themselves naturally. You are warmly invited to come as you are — and to spend an evening in gentle rest, quiet reflection, and soft listening. Limited spaces.

Fixed Term Courses: Please note that all Yoga courses purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable and must be used by the person specified at the time of purchase. Please be absolutely sure that you can make the specified dates of the course before booking. For example, if you book a four-week Wednesday course at 8.15pm, your booking is only valid for that course on the specified dates. This also applies to live online courses. Workshops, Private Classes, and Drop-In bookings: Please note, there is no refund for workshops, private classes or drop-ins, if you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand. If more than 24 hours notice is given, a full refund will be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
