Soften into Summer with this midsummer mini-retreat. As the first full moon after the Summer Solstice rises, this special Strawberry Moon retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your solas an chroí, your inner light. The Summer Solstice marks the height of light. A time of warmth, growth, abundance, and possibility. Yet even in the brightness of summer, many of us can lose connection with ourselves in the busyness of daily life. This midsummer retreat offers space to pause. To breathe deeply. To rest. To reconnect with your body, heart, and inner light. Guided by the gentle energy of the Strawberry Moon, we’ll gather for an evening of restorative and Yin yoga, calming breathwork, meditation, and an extended yoga nidra to support deep rest and renewal. Together, we’ll soften into the season ahead and create space for the light within to shine. No experience is needed — simply come as you are.

Fixed Term Courses: Please note that all Yoga courses purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable and must be used by the person specified at the time of purchase. Please be absolutely sure that you can make the specified dates of the course before booking. For example, if you book a four-week Wednesday course at 8.15pm, your booking is only valid for that course on the specified dates. This also applies to live online courses. Workshops, Private Classes, and Drop-In bookings: Please note, there is no refund for workshops, private classes or drop-ins, if you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand. If more than 24 hours notice is given, a full refund will be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
