Please remember that Abaigeal and Christine have lovingly put together this Retreat with your best interests at heart. By booking our retreat you are not only investing in yourself and your wellbeing you are also investing and supporting our FEMALE run small businesses and we really appreciate that you have chosen us to Rest out West.

REGISTRATION

​

Registrations for the retreat will be taken via the website using the register now form. Please note that due to limited spaces,  a place is only guaranteed by receipt of full payment. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Retreat payments can be paid by bank transfer, credit or debit card by contacting the hosts. No booking is final until full payment is received.

PAYMENT

​

An immediate non-refundable payment of €150 is required to confirm your booking. You will receive payment details and IBAN code once you complete the registration form. The remaining balance is due by 1 August 2023.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

There is a Non Refundable deposit of €150 included in the full payment amount.

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking on the retreat the balance of payment minus the €150 booking deposit will be refunded up to 4 weeks before the start date (8th September 2023) after this date there will be no refunds. Apologies for any inconvenience.

PREGNANCY

​

Although pregnant students are more than welcome to come on the retreat please note that some practices may not be suitable for pregnancy. Please get in contact with your hosts if you have any questions.

ALCOHOL USE

​

Please note that in order to give your body, mind and soul a chance to rest and restore, there will be no alcohol at this retreat and there is a strict no alcohol policy for the weekend.
